Lodges actively engage in environmental management, including wildlife monitoring, anti-poaching efforts, and habitat preservation.

Situated between the Sabi and Sand rivers, the reserve boasts a diverse ecosystem hosting abundant wildlife such as leopard, lion, rhino, elephant, buffalo, cheetah, zebra, giraffe, hyena, and various antelope species.

Endangered species like Honey Badgers, Ground Hornbills, and Wild Dogs thrive here, offering visitors unique encounters with these rare creatures.

With only six guests to a game viewer and exclusive traversing on the reserve the number of vehicles here is also limited. The game viewers have cushioned bucket seats, waterproof device holders, blankets and ponchos – and stop off at scenic spots for drinks and snacks.
